Data is retained for as long as Parrot is in your server or until you request deletion. If Parrot is removed from a server, its data is not automatically deleted but will be removed upon request. Temporary data (such as spam detection caches) is cleared automatically within minutes.
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties. Data is stored on a private server and is only accessible to the bot developer. The only external service we interact with is the Discord API, which is subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy.
When you log into the Parrot dashboard via Discord OAuth2, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar. This is used solely to authenticate you and display your servers. Session data is stored temporarily in a secure server-side session and expires when you log out or after a period of inactivity.
